Kubricky Construction Corp. is a leading civil construction company seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join its team. This role offers extensive construction experience and opportunities for career growth within the organization.

The successful candidate will have the ability to operate various heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, and skid-steer machines. Essential duties will involve performing a variety of tasks under potentially adverse field conditions, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, stretching, walking, climbing, and bending. The candidate must also be able to perform visual tasks such as backup spotting and react to backup alarms in accordance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, regulations, and procedures; maintaining a clean job site by picking up tools and equipment and securing the site each day to prevent potential hazards; performing material handling and storage; working long hours, weekends, and possible night shifts when required; being flexible and able to take and follow orders in an independent or group setting; and working in extreme weather conditions.

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess experience in Heavy Highway Construction and/or Site Work, with a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to report to work on time. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience is also required. Additionally, candidates must be willing to travel to remote job sites and demonstrate reliable attendance. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$130,000 per year, based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials.
