Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Weighmaster to join our team at DTG Recycle. As a Weighmaster, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our scale house, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the scale house, including the accurate calculation of customer payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer information, payment records, and scale house operations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the scale house and the company as a whole.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry and minor customer service responsibilities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited).
  • EnCore or AMCS knowledge.
  • Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to adhere to work schedule and follow through on challenges as they arise.
  • Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
