Weighmaster Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Weighmaster to join our team at DTG Recycle. As a Weighmaster, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our recycling operations.

• Accurately calculate payments for customers and ensure that incoming garbage loads are safe and free of prohibited materials.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, directing traffic, and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that all business is conducted in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and data entry, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals and objectives.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; EnCore or AMCS knowledge a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
