Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
- Provide personal care and comfort for residents according to their individualized care plans.
- Assist with monitoring residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in resident condition.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Support residents' social needs and help foster a positive, engaging environment.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Current, active certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina.
- Previous 2yrs experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- BLS - American Heart Association
- Proof of Immunizations (MMR, Varicella, TDAP, HepB)
- Current TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray
- Seasonal Flu Vaccination
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Estimated Salary: $17 - $18/hour depending on the shift (7a-3:30p and 3p-11p)
As a per diem CNA, you will work on an as-needed basis to assist in providing high-quality care to our residents. We offer a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional growth and development.
