Job Title: Production Director

IntelliPro Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Director to join our team. As a key member of our Operations leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with the HR department to revise performance evaluation programs for frontline employees
  • Manage team development and talent structure, identifying key and cross-trained employees
  • Oversee and ensure the safety and civilized production work in the manufacturing department
  • Execute environmental and safety-related policies and supervise the allocation of responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as cooling and heating, mechanical, or related
  • More than 10 years of related small batch manufacturing experience with management experience
  • Knowledge of and manufacturing experience in the cooling industry preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing/assembly/Brazing/Sheet metal, 5S, and quality control principles
  • Familiar with local law and regulation
  • Strong leadership in manufacturing from operator to manager
  • Strong health and safety regulations, safety trained, and safety conscious
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, ERP
  • Good problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills
