Job Summary

The Clinical Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of clinical research sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures. This role involves supervising site staff, managing study protocols, and coordinating with sponsors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and manage a team of clinical research coordinators and other site staff to ensure efficient and effective study execution.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance site efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  3. Collaborate with the Director of Site Operations to evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to support clinical trial operations.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures, and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).
  5. Participate in risk assessments and develop plans to mitigate identified risks.
  6. Work closely with site project management and quality functions to ensure sites are audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  7. Coordinate with sponsors and other stakeholders to facilitate monitoring visits, audits, and other interactions.
