- Participate in unit goals and performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Patient Assessment: Recognize data from complex situations to determine priorities for care.
- Planning: Collaborate with patients and families to prepare or update the plan of care.
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
