  • Proficient in computer operations and applications.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Confident customer support skills with a positive and professional phone presence.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.

Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Environment:
  • Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $43,000 to $50,000 per year.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer service (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales (preferred).

Relocation:
  • Candidates should be prepared to relocate if necessary.
