About the Role

Little Gerald Services is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with individuals, couples, families, and groups to help them overcome various challenges and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Educate clients on their problems and help them develop healthier coping mechanisms.
  • Maintain detailed note documentation to track client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Attend clinical meetings and supervisions as required.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Full or Provisional licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS).
  • Previous experience as a counselor is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of best practices for treating various problems that individuals may be experiencing.
