The Supervisor is tasked with implementing and upholding departmental policies and procedures, while also managing subordinate staff and providing essential administrative support to the Practice Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Practice Manager/Administrator, the Clinic Operations Supervisor is accountable for overseeing the clinic's business operations and staff management.
- Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the tools and applications necessary for supervising clinic budgets, ensuring data integrity, preparing financial documentation, resolving complex customer service inquiries, and maintaining effective communication among providers and staff.
- Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of departmental policies and procedures.
- This role includes the management of subordinate personnel, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team environment.
- Provides vital administrative assistance to the Practice Administrator/Manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
