ACLD is a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are currently in search of passionate professionals to become part of our team as Behavior Support Specialists. In this capacity, you will be tasked with performing psychological evaluations and developing behavior support strategies aimed at improving adaptive skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments
  • Creating and executing behavioral support strategies
  • Engaging in behavioral intervention activities
  • Designing training programs in psychology

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in psychology or a related discipline

- At least five years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)

- Certifications in SCIP and CPR

- Valid driver's license

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
