This position is essential in overseeing and executing all training requirements for our canine guests, while also crafting tailored training strategies that align with the needs of their owners. Key Responsibilities of the Canine Behavior Specialist:

  • Deliver exceptional service to both pets and their owners.
  • Provide comprehensive dog training services, including obedience training, behavioral modification, and socialization.
  • Conduct personalized training sessions to meet the specific objectives of dog owners.
  • Design training plans and strategies that cater to the unique traits and behaviors of each dog.
  • Instruct on fundamental commands, leash etiquette, and appropriate conduct in various settings.
  • Utilize positive reinforcement methods to promote desired behaviors and mitigate unwanted actions.
  • Evaluate and track the progress of dogs throughout training sessions, making necessary adjustments.
  • Inform dog owners about effective training techniques and offer continuous support and guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, client data, and progress assessments.
  • Promote and sell training packages alongside daycare options.
