Your Responsibilities:
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering quality nursing care while respecting resident rights and promoting their dignity. Your duties will include:
- Implementing individualized care plans and communicating any changes or observations regarding residents' needs.
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, and feeding.
- Maintaining skin integrity and preventing pressure ulcers through attentive care.
- Safeguarding residents' personal belongings and reporting any missing items promptly.
- Taking vital signs and documenting care in accordance with department policies.
- Adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
Your Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
- A commitment to high standards of care and professionalism.
- The ability to obtain CPR/BLS certification.
