The tailored program will take place at Optum facilities and/or virtually, providing extensive exposure to both primary and specialty care environments, requiring only a minimal time commitment each month.

Required Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Must be transitioning into the final year of residency or fellowship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Local physician residents in New York are preferred candidates.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is competitive and based on various factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
