Position Highlights
- Receive a generous guaranteed salary in your final year of training

- Grow exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various understandings of care settings
- Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice easing transition from training into practice
- The customized program will be completed at Optum Tri-State facilities in New York and/or virtually with deep exposure to specialty care practice environment that will require a commitment of only a few hours per month.
Required Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in New York.
New York Residents Only:
The salary range for this role is $33,280 to $62,400 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
