We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver and Medical Specialist to join our team at Glens Falls Center. Located on the border of Warren and Washington Counties, our 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility is committed to providing the finest care possible.

As a Caregiver and Medical Specialist, your primary responsibility will be collecting information from new residents, recording their health details, administering medications, and treating wounds and bedsores as needed. You may also supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist residents with daily activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively as part of a team. A valid LPN State license is required, as well as being in good standing with the State Registry.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $74,000, based on experience and location. With a .50 shift differential, your hourly rate could reach up to $34 per hour.
