J.C. Cannistraro LLC is seeking an experienced Site Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • As a Site Safety and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to address them.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster open communication among workers, supervisors, and contractors to promote a collaborative approach to safety.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Certifications: CSHO and CHST certifications preferred; MEWPs instructor qualification desired.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam/Adobe, and various operating systems.

Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per year
