Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly wage for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with 40+ hours of work per week during the summer season, and may involve working evenings and weekends outdoors.

Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our donors, tracking waitlists, answering phone calls and email inquiries, and learning to utilize various software platforms. You will also represent the Donor Concierge Service in a professional manner, collaborate with team members to plan events, and provide administrative support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer service and assistance to donors, including resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with donors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Technology: Ability to quickly learn and utilize various software platforms, including G-Suite applications and databases like AudienceView.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve quickly and calmly in a variety of situations, often under pressure.
  • Teamwork: Comfortable working in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals.

  • Reports to: Manager, Annual Fund Campaign
  • Partially Remote: This position can be partially remote, but in-person, in-office work is required (especially on concert days).
  • Hourly Wage: The estimated hourly wage for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
