We are seeking a skilled Building Automation / Controls Technician to join our dynamic team. This position entails the installation, programming, and maintenance of advanced control systems to uphold quality standards, enhance profitability, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and activate building automation systems (BAS).
- Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Educate clients on the operation of control systems.
- Adjust programming as necessary for improved system performance.
- Confirm proper system and control sequence operations.
- Calibrate and replace sensors as needed.
- At least 2 years of experience in building automation or HVAC control systems.
- Availability to work on-site at client locations for approximately 80% of the time.
- Knowledge of BAS systems such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, and others.
- Familiarity with Tridium Niagara is advantageous.
- Understanding of systems like Alerton, Honeywell, or Distech is beneficial.
