**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Admissions Coordinator Senior to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. This role will be based in the US, specifically in Ohio.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Work with the Director of Sales to achieve revenue and census goals for the health center.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets for lead and lease conversion.
  • Complete pre-admission, admission, and transfer paperwork efficiently.
  • Communicate admission/move-in activities and maintain a seamless experience for residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry into the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Cultivate knowledge of customers and local markets to inform sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Sales Director to develop an effective internal referral program.
  • Perform daily work orders to ensure the community is staged and marketable.
**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Unencumbered driver's license in the state of residence.
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs and perform physical duties associated with the job.
**Estimated Salary:**

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
