Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee the management of carpentry trade and other construction tasks. This role involves overseeing workers, planning procedures, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Studies project specifications to plan procedures for construction based on timelines, resource allocation, and materials procurement.
  • Coordinates with personnel and subcontractors to interpret specifications, coordinate work procedures, and prevent delays.
  • Resolves conflicts within the workforce, ensuring adherence to specifications and crew schedules.
  • DIRECTS the installation of doors, frames, and hardware, as well as production and quality control of millwork, trim metal studs, drywall, and acoustic ceilings.
  • Inspects work in progress, conducts on-site repairs or maintenance, and manages small special projects.
Requirements:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, carpentry, or a related field.

Estimated Salary:

$62,500 - $82,500 per year, depending on experience and location.
