Inspira Health is actively seeking a full-time Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at our Salem, NJ facility. This role is primarily night shifts, focusing on delivering exceptional nursing care through the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all established policies, procedures, and nursing standards of practice.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional nursing standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure in New Jersey; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Enrollment in a BSN or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program from an accredited institution is mandatory, with graduation expected by the second employment anniversary.
- Preferred candidates will have a BSN or MSN degree.
Experience:
- Prior experience in Medical Surgical nursing is advantageous.
- For per diem roles, a minimum of one year of clinical experience in the specialty area is required; two years is preferred.
Licensure:
Current licensure with the New Jersey State Board of Nursing is essential as per legal requirements.
Additional Requirements:
- Completion of a Critical Care Course within six months of hire is required.
