Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Gourmet Dining. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food items to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
  • Ensure that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen, including refrigerators and storerooms.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
