Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team at Compass Group USA. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality human resources services to our employees.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure that all HR-related functions are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, performance reviews, transfers, and termination dates.
  • HRIS System Administration: Process new hires, terminations, employee changes, transfers, and general employee database maintenance in the HRIS system.
  • Employee Relocation: Coordinate employee relocation as needed.
  • Employment Activities: Assist in other employment activities, such as processing employment applications and coordinating reference and background checks.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures, as well as proficiency in Windows-based office software, including MS Office products.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
