HR Generalist Coordinator

Job Description
This role will focus on payroll administration, benefits management, and employee onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing organization. Some key responsibilities include:
• Payroll Administration: Manage bi-weekly payroll processing, including timecard verification, special calculations, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, life events, support the 401k plan administration, and manage leave of absence processes.
• New Hire Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, including background checks and IT requests.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee inquiries related to benefits, time off, etc.
• HR Audits: Assist the Director of HR in audits related to benefits administration, payroll, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Training Coordination: Assist in coordinating compliance training and development programs for employees.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. S&S Health offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.
