Job Title: Sales Associate

At Mondelez International, we're committed to leading the future of snacking. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with key store individuals, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez' visit method, ensuring our leading brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained.
  • Ensure Sales Representative's negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.
  • Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
  • Represent Mondelez International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and the construction of promotional displays.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Work in conjunction with Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Live within 50 miles of the primary location: Snellville, GA.
  • Schedule availability required: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work.
  • Be open to relocation, outside of region, and outside of state, as necessary.
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or grocery experience.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to use promotional and merchandising techniques to develop and support customer relations.
  • Creativity to generate ideas and solutions that capitalize on opportunities to benefit customers and Mondelez International.
