Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in software development and leadership, with a strong background in technical architecture and engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical aspects of projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD and automation.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
