Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and Aveanna's policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement plans to address these needs.
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to patient homes and work in a fast-paced environment.
