Key Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Legal Counsel at Codeium, you will manage a high-volume workflow, reviewing and negotiating key legal documents, including licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • You will provide critical legal guidance, balancing risk and reward, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will collaborate with enterprise-level counsel to facilitate swift and fair deal closures.
  • You will be highly available during critical periods, such as end-of-month, end-of-quarter, and end-of-year.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

About You

  • You are a highly motivated and experienced legal professional with a strong track record of handling document reviews with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • You have a fair and balanced approach to negotiations, with a good understanding of risk and reward.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have experience negotiating with enterprise-level counsel and closing deals quickly.
  • You are willing to work in-office 3-5 days a week in a downtown location.
