Job Title: Regional EHS Manager

Cadrex is seeking a highly skilled Regional EHS Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to investigate and resolve EHS incidents and near-misses.
  • Provide EHS training and education to employees to ensure a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain EHS records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to ensure a safe and effective response to EHS incidents.
  • Partner with corporate EHS function to support and execute all EHS projects and programs on time and in full.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, or related field.
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience in EHS or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating specifications, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Basic PC skills with proficiency using MS Office suite and experience using an ERP manufacturing system.
