Job Overview

We are looking for a Construction Project Management Specialist who will play a crucial role in overseeing various construction initiatives. This position involves providing both administrative and onsite assistance throughout the phases of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all facets of construction projects from initial planning through to successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain updated schedules for the project management team.
  • Distribute resources effectively for designated projects.
  • Oversee onsite staff and subcontractors as necessary.
  • Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, municipal officials, and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to high standards of quality that align with original designs and specifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in construction management software, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on deadlines.
  • Educational background in construction is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are essential.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry or related fields.

Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
