Pediatric Pulmonary Department Director

About the Role- Oversee the daily operations of medical staff to ensure seamless patient care

- Provide strategic leadership for operational issues, policy design, and implementation
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in department leadership, program development, strategic planning, change management, and clinical leadership. They will work collaboratively with our team to revise and advance the Pulmonary department, serving the patients of our hospital and community.
Requirements- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Unrestricted PA medical license
- Graduate of an ACGME Pediatric Residency and Fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine
- 5+ years of clinical experience in pediatric outpatient practice
- 3 years' experience in practice leadership and change management

Compensation PackageWe offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
