Managed Care Specialist

As a Managed Care Specialist at Lorven Technologies, you will play a critical role in determining individual and family eligibility for our client's care programs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and communicating schedules to internal and external clients, conducting client interviews, and compiling case data to provide recommendations to an attorney. You will also be responsible for timely management of casework, including proper documentation and case resolution. Additionally, you will provide legal research, analysis of legal papers, and draft legal documents. If you have a bachelor's or associate degree, a background in paralegal studies, and experience in a legal environment, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine individual and family eligibility for our client's care programs.
- Coordinate and communicate schedules to internal and external clients.
- Conduct client interviews, collect facts and information, and compile case data to provide recommendations to an attorney.
- Timely management of casework, including proper documentation and case resolution.
- Provide legal research, analysis of legal papers, and draft legal documents.
- Bachelor's or associate degree.

- Experience in a legal environment.
- Customer service or call center experience.
- Proven technical skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet specific deadlines with minimal supervision.

- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
