Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops individualized student schedules to create tailored educational pathways.
  • Ensures optimal class sizes to maintain effective student-teacher ratios.
  • Oversees timely submissions of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) to the counseling team.
  • Facilitates the scheduling and oversight of instructional staff.
  • Reviews Outcome Measurement System (OMS) reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assists in formulating Corrective Action Plans as necessary.
  • Monitors all TABE, General Education Diploma Testing, and WIN usage.
  • Evaluates General Education Diploma pre/post test results to assess student readiness.
  • Supports General Education Diploma instructors in creating remedial instructional strategies.
  • Manages and evaluates incentive programs and the distribution of awards.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must possess a valid state driver's license.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business publications and professional literature.
  • Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
  • Adept at presenting information and addressing inquiries from diverse groups.
  • Capable of applying mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to utilize fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical applications.
  • Competent in problem-solving, data collection, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Skilled in interpreting complex technical instructions and managing various variables.

Compensation: $76,000
