Job Description

Coach is a global fashion house that values inclusivity and creativity. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in upholding the brand's commitment to exceptional customer service and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized experiences for customers, building lasting relationships and exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve personal and store metrics, creating short- and long-term plans to drive business growth.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and standards in all interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, providing clear and concise information on pricing, promotions, and product details.
  • Build credibility and trust with customers by demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Work efficiently to process customer transactions, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
