Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

Network Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee our residential care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing resident and house finances, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Manage resident and house finances, including budgeting and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including DDS and Agency requirements.
  • Develop and implement emergency action plans to ensure resident safety.
  • Provide quality assurance and monitoring to ensure high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with agency nursing to oversee medical administration and resident care.
  • Schedule and attend individual plan meetings and complete necessary reports.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and provide on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related human services field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in human services, preferably in DDS.
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license and eligibility for Network Human Services' auto insurance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications, including Medication Certification, First Aid/CPR, and PMT certification.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, with on-call hours as needed.

Work Environment: Residential care settings, with occasional travel to agency offices and other locations.
