Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the University of Missouri Healthcare. As a key member of our neonatal care team, you will provide exceptional medical care to critically ill newborns in our NICU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with neonatologists to provide comprehensive medical care to patients in the NICU
  • Teach medical students, residents, and nursing staff on neonatal resuscitation, skilled procedures, and initial ventilator management
  • Develop and implement standards of nursing care and participate in research activities
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Current RN license from the State of Missouri
  • Current ARNP license from the State of Missouri
  • Two years of experience in neonatology
  • National certification as NNP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
