Job OverviewPosition Title: Inventory Management Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain inventory precision. This position involves executing advanced clerical tasks that necessitate sound judgment, independent evaluation, and a comprehensive understanding of inventory management protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inventory research and perform cycle counts to analyze variances.
  • Execute computer transactions and assist in the consolidation of warehouse operations.
  • Engage with external partners to address discrepancies and reconcile inventory figures.
  • Investigate and rectify inventory consumption inaccuracies.
  • Provide support to warehouse personnel regarding inventory-related inquiries and challenges.
  • Complete necessary transactions within the SAP system.
Essential SkillsTechnical Proficiencies
  • Experience in shipping and receiving processes.
  • Proficient in cycle counting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP and data entry practices.
  • Capability to generate precise labels for stored materials.

Position Type

This role is classified as a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Work Environment

This position is based in a non-climate controlled facility. The distribution center supports various operations and requires the ability to stand for extended periods. The receiving area may experience temperature fluctuations.
