Job Overview

As an HCM Implementation Lead at Greenshades Software, you will spearhead the execution of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project oversight, demonstrating proficiency in guiding implementation teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely project completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee HCM implementation projects from inception to conclusion, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, scope, and budgetary constraints.
  • Create and sustain project schedules, milestones, and plans, while effectively communicating progress to all stakeholders.
  • Recognize and alleviate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions to deliverables.
  • Ensure comprehensive utilization of the product suite by clients prior to transitioning to support, collaborating closely with implementation specialists and clients.
  • Manage client integration requirements, including the collection of specifications, documentation of configurations, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including implementation specialists, developers, and customer support, to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Promote continuous enhancement within the implementation framework, identifying avenues to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Document client configuration specifications and ensure precise execution by implementation specialists.
  • Provide guidance and support to implementation specialists, ensuring they have the necessary resources and direction to perform their duties effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the implementation process, managing communication, expectations, and stakeholder involvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, particularly in HCM system implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing several projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at identifying and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively, partnering with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
  • Familiarity with payroll, HR, and tax regulations and processes is beneficial.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation journey.
