Job Title: Nursing Assistant

The Waters of Johnson City is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to provide routine daily nursing care and services to our residents. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and services.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a GED and Certified Nursing Assistant Course.
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state.
  • Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
