Job Title: Swim Instructor - Lifeguard

At SafeSplash, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swim Instructor - Lifeguard to join our team. As a Swim Instructor - Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and students in and around the pool area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pool Safety: Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the pool area and act immediately and appropriately to secure their safety in the event of an emergency.
  • Emergency Response: Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
  • Incident Reporting: Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports.
  • Customer Service: Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform various duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
Requirements:
  • Red Cross Certification: Keep and maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification, Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant, and swimmer.
  • Swim Instruction Experience: Previous swim instruction experience is required.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75lbs.
