Job Description

Evident Scientific is seeking an entry-level assembler to join our team. As an Electronic Assembler I, you will perform a wide variety of mechanical assembly operations, including cable assembly, soldering, bonding, and limited testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and adhere to production plan schedules.
  • Work on assignments that are routine in nature, completing work orders on schedule to ensure a constant flow of product and maintain efficiencies.
  • Ability to work under a microscope, hand soldering, and read and interpret drawings, diagrams, work orders, procedures, and follow verbal directions.
  • Prepare product components and fixtures for assembly, fabricate cable assemblies, and perform routine hands-on assembly tasks in the manufacture of Eddy Current probes, Ultrasonic transducers, or BondMaster sensors.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience
  • Experience with hand soldering and using a microscope is a plus
