Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled General Trades Technician to join our team at CGL Facility Management, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines operate smoothly and efficiently
  • Respond to service requests, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
  • Assist in emergency maintenance situations, such as sewage back-ups and water main breaks
  • Assemble, install, and repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing
  • Operate plant equipment and building automation systems
  • Maintain equipment and tools, and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in a specific trade area preferred
  • Trade certification preferred
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
