About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Golf Course Ambassador to join our team at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. As a Golf Course Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to golfers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience on the course.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with golfers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing information on course conditions and local rules.
- Ensure tee times are managed efficiently and effectively, maintaining a smooth flow of play.
- Communicate with the golf shop and maintain accurate records of tee times and player information.
- Monitor player pace and communicate with marshals as needed to maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all golfers.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management or supervisors.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with golfers, staff, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
