Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and interact with other teams performing various disciplines in a professional and respectful manner while working towards a common goal.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills relevant to the work being performed.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with machining, plate cutting, and general fabrication, as well as 3D metrology and precision alignment.
  • Blueprint Reading and Interpretation: Experience with blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
  • Precision Measurement and Inspection: Experience with precision measurement and inspection.
Additional Requirements
  • Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel as required by the business (up to 10%).
  • Physical Demands: Must be willing to work at elevated heights and in tight spaces.
  • Work Schedule: Must be willing to work long hours, nights, and weekends with limited notice to meet the business needs.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
