We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Therapeutic Behavioral Services Coach to join our team at Seneca Family of Agencies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing behaviorally focused mental health services to county-referred youth and families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement approved behavioral interventions in collaboration with the treatment team and TBS Coordinator.
- Conduct thorough TBS Assessments and Client Service Plan Addendums with clients, caregivers, therapists, and significant others to identify behavioral problems and treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely client progress notes in accordance with Medi-Cal guidelines and standards.
- Participate in regular group consultation meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Collaborate with individual therapists and case managers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Prepare progress notes and required documentation in accordance with State, County, and Agency Medi-Cal guidelines and standards.
- Support clients' regular caregivers in learning and integrating effective behavioral interventions into their daily routines.
- Travel throughout Southern California as needed to provide services to Orange County Medi-Cal clients in out-of-county placements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English.
- At least 21 years of age.
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy.
- Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination or an HR-approved medical/religious exemption.
- Experience working with children/youth and families with complex and enduring needs.
- Experience implementing family-focused services.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $25.72 per hour.
