About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Seneca Family of Agencies. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, families, and school staff to provide comprehensive mental health services and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and families in a community-based setting.
  • Collaborate with agency staff, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Administer communication, coordination, and linkage functions with school district personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with agency guidelines and standards.
  • Participate in regular clinical case conferences and supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or other Behavioral Sciences.
  • Current licensure or registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ASW or MFT.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency.
  • Previous clinical experience working with children and families.
  • Valid CA driver's license and insurable under Seneca Family of Agencies insurance policy.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $75,250 - $89,250 per year.
  • Additional $4000 salary increase upon licensure.
  • $2000 sign-on bonus.
