Adult Psychiatrist Position in NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking an Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem.
Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric management for adults, age 18 and up, in an acute inpatient setting
- Develop treatment plans and manage electronic medical record (EPIC) in accordance with New York State Office of Mental Health and other regulations
- Work with consultants as indicated by patient needs
- Lead multi-disciplinary inpatient team with a caseload of 12 or less
- Supervise NP's and/or Psychiatry Residents
- Provide clinical supervision to psychiatry residents and medical students
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team in management of complex cases
- Participate in didactic training programs for psychiatric residents, medical students, psychology interns and other trainees
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
- Completed residency training in an accredited program within Psychiatry
- License to practice medicine in the State of New York
- Annual Base Salary: $236,900* (board eligible); $247,200* (board certified)
