Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Exeter, NH. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international standards, conducting audits and reviews, and developing quality assurance documentation.
About the RoleThe Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will conduct customer contract and specification reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASTM, ASME, ANSI, AWS, ISO, DIN. They will also perform quality assurance reviews of customer documentation for NQA-1 and QAR projects, develop and review quality assurance documentation, plan and execute supplier audits and CGD surveys, and issue and manage corrective action reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of quality engineering experience, preferably in a detail-oriented, compliance-focused environment
- Strong ability to prioritize projects and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply knowledge, reasoning, and common sense to carry out complex job functions effectively
- Experience with conducting vendor site audits, including mobility between office, production floor, and vendor locations
