As a High-Quality Patient Care Specialist at Genesis HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service, and we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Exeter Center team.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced RN who can provide high-quality care for patients in a range of settings, including short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, administer medications, and supervise nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. Prior experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred, but not required. CPR certification is also a requirement.
